What can I expect from the event?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some color back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
Where is the experience located?
The venue will be on the first floor of Oasis Mall (2nd Interchange - Sheikh Zayed Rd - Al Quoz - Al Quoz 1). It's at a shopping mall with indoor and outdoor parking available.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 50 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You can find small snack items for purchase inside Dopamine Land. As we are located near the mall's food court, a wide variety of other food and drinks are easily accessible before or after the experience. For party packages, we can also organize food options depending on the package details.

Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code, but consider wearing comfortable clothing. Note: Some rooms have mirrored floors.
Please note that socks are mandatory for all guests, as some rooms require you to be barefoot for the experience. Socks help us maintain hygiene and comfort for everyone. If needed, socks are available for purchase at the venue.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
No, there are no performers in the experience. However, parts of the experience may involve light interaction with the staff. However, this will be non-intrusive.

Are cash payments allowed?
We are a cashless venue. All purchases must be made by card or online only.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website
. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please

No need for a paper printed ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from

. Can I make a group booking? Do you offer group discounts?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please

Refunds requests are only permitted up to 7 days after the purchase and if requested before the beginning of the session. Can I make a group booking? Do you offer group discounts?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience. In the event of not being able to enter later, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. However, some rooms may have limited accessibility.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Some prohibited items include outside food or drink (including alcohol), illegal drugs/substances, weapons of any kind (including mace, pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, tasers, etc.), unapproved pamphlets or handouts, fire starters and lighters, and pets (other than service animals).
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes. People of Determination can enter for free upon presenting a valid PoD ID. Please

. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). You can also do this on-site by presenting a valid PoD ID at entry, and our team will assist you (subject to availability). Please note that the complimentary entry applies only to the PoD guest. Carers or accompanying guests are required to purchase a regular ticket. Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However the event will contain different exhibits that contain moving lights and special effects.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find a few seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms located throughout the mall, including one just next to the venue. However the venue does not have restrooms.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a bag check available?
This venue has lockers. You can avail this service at cost.
Is there an age requirement?
No, families and children are always welcome. Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids and is stroller accessible. Anyone under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
