What can I expect from Dopamine Land: The Experience?
Dopamine Land is a brand-new, multisensory, immersive experience that channels the limitless imagination of your inner child and transforms it into reality.
What does the experience involve?
The experience involves an interactive museum that combines traditional media and innovative technology. It is an opportunity for customers to disconnect from everyday life and connect with your emotions through colourful installations that inspire relaxation, excitement and happiness.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Should I show up early?
Please ensure you arrive at the venue by the start time outlined on your ticket. We encourage customers to arrive a bit earlier.
What if I'm late?
Your ticket will remain valid, but entry will be dependant on the space in the next available time slot. Please also note that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 30-50 minutes. The duration of the post-show area is up to you: stay as long as you want!
What is the dress code?
Casual but dressing up is encouraged! Remember, there will be amazing photo opportunities throughout!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #dopamineland. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
Can I come with friends?
Of course! The more, the merrier. All you need to do is buy your tickets for the same session and go together.
Will there be merchandise?
No.
Food allergies and intolerances?
Within the experience there may be the element of the experience which some customers may have allergies to. For example, popcorn. Please ensure to make these allergy requirements clear to the staff upon arrival.
What does the ticket include?
- Child ticket: includes entry to the chosen session for children from 2 to 12 years old. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.
- General admission: includes entry to the chosen session for people over 12 years of age.

Is it a suitable environment for children?
Oh how we love the little ones! They are all welcome! The experience is not fully accesible for prams however customers are free to leave them in the cloakroom.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?
The experience is not accessible for persons with mobility requirements due to the characteristics of the venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, carers get free admission for this event upon showing the appropriate documentation of proof at the entrance.
Is the show suitable for pregnant women?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 50 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
What happens if I need assistance during the show?
Please alert our staff who will be able to assist you.
Is there a cloakroom?
A cloakroom will be available for all customers to be able to leave their belongings. We recommend that you travel light.
Will car parking be available?
Parking is not available at the venue so please refer to Parkopedia to locate car parks as near as a 5-minute walking distance.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Eating and drinking are forbidden inside the experience as well as carrying large bags or voluminous items that can compromise the experience. Furthermore, alcohol, smoking and anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.

Where can I get tickets?
Are the tickets sold at the ticket office?
Yes, tickets are availabile at the ticket office subject to session availability.
Is it possible to pay for my ticket in cash?
No, the experience cannot be purchased with cash. All tickets will be sold through our website or the Fever app.
Help! I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
- On the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you havent already, you can download the app from Google Play and Apple Store

What are the different ticket options and prices?
- Adult (ages 13+)
- Child (ages 2-12)
- Small Family Bundle (max. and min. 3 people, of which min. 1 child)

Do children under 2 years old have to pay for the ticket?
No, children under 2 don't need to pay for the ticket.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information and make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer group discounts?
Groups up until 12 people can purchase a Group ticket with a discount on the
Fever website. Tailored solutions are available for groups over 30 people.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the Guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket please email us
here with proof of disability. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
