What can I expect from the Dopamine Land experience?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some colour back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
When should I arrive? What if I am late?
We want to ensure you experience this event to the fullest. In order to do so, we encourage customers to please arrive at the venue before your start time outlined on your ticket.
If you happen to arrive late, your ticket will remain valid but entry will be dependent on the space available in the next slot. Please note, that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry into the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience typically lasts from 30-50 mins. For the duration of the post-show area, The Bubble Bar is unlimited! At the Bubble Bar there are great photo displays for a memento and some fantastic bespoke Bubble Teas and Bubble Cocktails.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #dopamineland. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be merchandise?
No.

Do you have any sensitivities to flashing and bright lights?
Due to the production of the event, there are flashing and bright lights that could trigger seizures or any other causes. Please do not attend if you are prone to seizures or for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Attendee discretion is advised.
How many people can enter the experience at one time? Group tickets, birthdays.
The max number of people that we can allow to enter the experience at a time is 8. This is due to the venue limitations and production elements.
If you are looking to book a private session of more than 30 guests. Please reach out to us on our Groups page and we can look at best accommodating you.
If you are booking a smaller group (over 8 under 30) please let us know, with your ticket purchase date and time, so we can best prepare for your visit.
Do you have any deaf friendly Audio Description documents for the event?
Yes, we do! Please ask any of our staff for an Audio Description and Corridor Voice Overs document to take with you and get a full audio description of the event. We also have torch lights too.

Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
Yes! We offer snacks and beverages at The Bubble Bar at the end of the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
You will be walking through this experience and on your feet at all times, however if you require a chair please ask a member of staff on site and they can arrange one for you as needed.
Will restrooms be available onsite?
Yes there are restrooms available onsite.
ACCESS
Can I leave my children at the experience unaccompanied?
No, your children cannot be left alone as they are your responsibility at all times. This includes adults waiting in the Bubble Bar, front of house, shops etc. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the whole experience at the venue.
Can I access the event hours or days early?
No you cannot access the event hours or days early. Please adhere to your ticket time, if you arrive early you will be asked to return at the correct time and date.
Is it a suitable environment for families and children?
Yes, families and children are always welcome! Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids. We recommend our day sessions for families and late evening sessions to be tailored to adults. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?
Unfortunately, the venue for Dopamine Land is not fully wheelchair accessible, at present. The experience occupies two floors in a building that requires stairs to access the second level. Fever does not own this building and thus has no ability to install lift access at this time. We deeply apologize for the lack of lift access but are happy to assist all guests gain access in any way we can. Please reach out

Is the experience suitable for pregnant women?
The experience invites the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 50 minutes. However, no tension or highly physical movements will be required. Therefore, we suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
What happens if I need assistance during the show?
Please alert our staff who will be able to assist you.
Is there a cloakroom? I have a pushchair, can I take it with me in the experience?
Pushchairs are not allowed within the experience. We offer free storage for pushchairs in our cloakroom. Please note, for any other items (not pushchairs) there will be a £2.50 charge per person. Baby carrier/slings are allowed. We recommend that you travel light.
Will car parking be available?
Parking is not available at the venue so please refer to Parkopedia to locate car parks as near as a 5-minute walking distance.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Eating and drinking are forbidden inside the experience as well as carrying large bags or voluminous items that can compromise the experience. Furthermore, alcohol, smoking and anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Can I bring animals?
No we do not allow animals onsite.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, service dogs are allowed with a recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
Are prams allowed?
Pushchairs are not allowed within the experience. We offer free storage for pushchairs in our cloakroom. Please note, for any other items (not pushchairs) there will be a £2 charge per person. Baby carrier/slings are allowed. We recommend that you travel light.
