What can I expect from the Dopamine Land experience?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some colour back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
When should I arrive? What if I am late?
We want to ensure you experience this event to the fullest and to do so, we encourage customers to please ensure you arrive at the venue before your start time outlined on your ticket.
If you happen to arrive late, your ticket will remain valid but entry will be dependent on the space available in the next slot. Please note, that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience typically lasts from 30-50 mins. For the duration of the post-show area, The Bubble Bar is unlimited! At the Bubble Bar there are great photo displays for a memento and some fantastic bespoke Bubble Teas and Bubble Cocktails.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #dopamineland. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be merchandise?
No.
Food allergies and intolerances?
Within the experience there may be the element of the experience which some customers may have allergies to. For example, popcorn. Please ensure to make these allergy requirements clear to the staff upon arrival.
Do you have any sensitivities to flashing and bright lights?
Due to the production of the event, there are flashing and bright lights that could trigger seizures or any other causes. Please do not attend if you are prone to seizures or for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Attendee discretion is advised.
How many people can enter the experience at one time?
The max number of people that we can allow to enter the experience at a time is 8.
Keeping to this pace ensures the experience runs up to the highest standards, avoids feeling crowded and allows you to enjoy it to the fullest.

Do you have any deaf friendly Audio Description documents for the event?
Yes, we do! Please ask any of our staff for an Audio Description and Corridor Voice Overs document to take with you and get a full audio description of the event. We also have torch lights too.
ACCESS
Is it a suitable environment for families and children?
Yes, families and children are always welcome! Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids. We recommend our day sessions for families and late evening sessions to be tailored to adults.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?
The experience is not accessible for persons with mobility requirements due to the characteristics of the venue.
Is the show suitable for pregnant women?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 50 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
What happens if I need assistance during the show?
Please alert our staff who will be able to assist you.
Is there a cloakroom?
A cloakroom will be available for all customers to be able to leave their belongings. We recommend that you travel light.
Will car parking be available?
Parking is not available at the venue so please refer to Parkopedia to locate car parks as near as a 5-minute walking distance.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Eating and drinking are forbidden inside the experience as well as carrying large bags or voluminous items that can compromise the experience. Furthermore, alcohol, smoking and anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets? I have purchased my ticket and I can’t find it?
There are two ways to purchase a ticket:
Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets and alternatively, see your tickets on the app in the ‘Tickets’ section.

Are the tickets sold at the ticket office?
Yes, tickets are availabile at the ticket office subject to session availability.
Is it possible to pay for my ticket in cash?
No, the experience cannot be purchased with cash. All tickets will be sold through our website or the Fever app.
What are the different ticket options available?
Each ticket purchase grants access to the Dopamine Land experience for the specific session purchased.
The different ticket purchase options are below. There are discounted prices for grouped sessions:
- Small Family Bundle (max and min 3 tickets, max 2 adults)
- Big Family Bundle (min 4 tickets, max 2 adults)
- Adult (ages 13+)
- Child (ages 2-12)
- Group Bundle (min. 12 people)

Do children under 2 years old have to pay for the ticket?
No, children under 2 don't need to pay for the ticket.
What is your refund policy? Can I exchange my ticket?
Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable.
However, you can easily receive an exchange voucher for your ticket up to 48hrs to the date of the session. To do this, go on the Fever app by going to ‘Tickets’, selecting your ticket that you want to exchange, scrolling and selecting ‘Change your date and/or time’ and following the prompts to receive your exchange voucher of the full amount paid. This amount will be applied to your next checkout, please note that booking fees may still apply.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the Guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket please email us
here with proof of disability. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
