What can I expect from Dopamine Land Orlando?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology, and play into one space. It features distinct areas designed to trigger a gentle release of dopamine, the happiness hormone. Guests can step away from daily routines, add vibrancy to their day, and capture joyful moments on camera.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at The Fever Hub at The Florida Mall (8001 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32809). The closest entrance is Rideshare Zone 2, located between The Florida Hotel and Macy's, right next to Sephora. You can find our location on directional maps throughout the venue under “Dopamine Land” or “The Fever Hub.”
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience takes place indoors in a fully air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit lasts approximately 45 minutes. Relax, explore, and let our team guide you through the experience.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available at The Florida Mall. For the closest access, park near Rideshare Zone 2 between The Florida Hotel and Macy's.
Will there be additional dates added?
Additional dates are not guaranteed. Please refer to the official ticketing page for the most up-to-date schedule and availability.
Is the experience accessible for Deaf or visually impaired people?
Yes, guests with visual or hearing impairments can fully enjoy this experience. On-site staff are available to assist with any special accommodations.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event does not use strobe lights. However, select exhibits feature moving lights and dynamic visual effects.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snack packs and bottled water are available for purchase. Please note that gluten-free and vegan options are currently not offered.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, photography and video recording are encouraged! Please be mindful of other guests while taking photos. Professional camera equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
While this is primarily a walkthrough experience, seating areas are available throughout the venue if you need to take a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available on site. Please ask any team member for directions.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please check with on-site staff if you believe you have misplaced an item. If you have already left the venue, please contact our support team through the Fever Help Center.
Is a coat check or storage available?
Lockers are available to rent for a small fee. Speak with our on-site team for assistance.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience. In the event of not being able to enter later, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another session.
Is there a dress code?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Please note that socks are required for entry - you may bring your own or purchase a pair on site. Additionally, select rooms feature mirrored flooring.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not permitted at the venue. However, registered service animals are always welcome.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests of all ages are welcome. The venue is fully accessible for strollers and prams.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. However, some rooms may have limited accessibility.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, official merchandise will be available for purchase on site. Item availability may vary by date.
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Since Dopamine Land is an indoor experience, operations run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or safety concerns, updates will be communicated via email and the Fever app.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Prohibited items include outside food or beverages (including alcohol), illegal substances, weapons of any kind (knives, pepper spray, tasers, etc.), lighters/fire starters, unapproved promotional materials, and pets (excluding service animals).
