What can I expect from the event?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some color back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
Where is the experience located?
The venue will be on the -1 floor of Cenco Costanera (Av. Andrés Bello 2425, 7510689 Providencia, Región Metropolitana, Chile), next to Sky Costanera´s entrance. It’s at a shopping center which has parking available and is close to other public transportation.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
The only food and drinks we will offer for purchase are soft drinks and candies. It’s important to mention that we are located in a mall that has an entire floor dedicated to dining, so you can easily find a wide variety of food and beverages before or after the experience.

Is Dopamine Land suitable for all ages?
Yes, Dopamine Land is family-friendly! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 12 and older may attend unaccompanied. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the

We have tickets from $ 7.000 pesos and different ticket types: Full price ticket, Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children), Group tickets (min 5 people), Free Admission (for children 2 & under) and Add-ons (VR and Photo)

What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be found in the Fever app under "Tickets" or in your confirmation email. Contact us for additional assistance.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No need for a paper printed ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the

. About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience. In the event of not being able to enter later, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Partially accessible. Due to the playful and physical nature of certain attractions, some rooms are not accessible to people who use wheelchairs or those with reduced mobility.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Some prohibited items include outside food or drink (including alcohol), Illegal drugs/substances, weapons of any kind (including mace, pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, tasers, etc.), unapproved pamphlets or handouts, fire starters and lighters, and pets (other than service animals).

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue. Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However the event will contain different exhibits that contain moving lights and special effects.

There are restrooms located throughout the mall, including one just next to the venue. However the venue does not have restrooms.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement?
No, families and children are always welcome. Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids and is stroller accessible. Anyone under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.

Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 50 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
