What can I expect from the event?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some color back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
Where is the experience located?
The venue will be on the third floor of Shopping Eldorado (Av. Rebouças, 3970 - Pinheiros, São Paulo - SP, 05402-600), in the middle of the food court. It’s at a shopping center which has parking available and is close to other public transportation.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 45 min at this experience.
What are the opening hours?
- Mondays - closed for maintenance
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays - opened from 15h to 20h
- Thursdays and Fridays - opened from 12h to 21h
- Saturdays - opened from 10h to 21h
- Sundays and holidays - opened from 11h to 20h
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
The only food we will offer for purchase is cotton candy. Important to mention that we are located in the middle of the mall food court, you can easily find other types of food and drinks before or after the experience.
Is there parking available?
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is Dopamine Land suitable for all ages?
Yes, Dopamine Land is family-friendly! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 16 and older may attend unaccompanied. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
What is the price and what types of tickets are available?
We have tickets from R$ 45 reais and different ticket types:
- Full price ticket
- Half-price ticket
- Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children)
- Social Entrance ticket (can be bought from anyone and the donation is included in the ticket price)
- Group tickets (min 5 people)
- Free Admission (for children 2 & under)
- Add-ons (O2 Lounge and Photo)
Who is eligible to purchase half-price tickets?
- Students
- Seniors
- People with disabilities (PWD) and their companion
- Low-income youth
- Public school teachers (state and municipal levels – preschool, elementary, and high school)
- Retired people
All the individuals mentioned above must present proof of their eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be entitled to the half-price ticket and will be required to pay the full ticket price. Check the half-price regulation here.
Is there a military discount?
No, we do not offer a military discount.
Can I make a group booking? Do you offer group discounts?
Groups of up to eight can book online. If you would like to book for a larger group, please reach
groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Can I pay with cash?
Tickets can only be purchased through card or PIX.
What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be found in the Fever app under "Tickets" or in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need for a paper printed ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store or
Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
Refunds requests are only permitted up to 7 days after the purchase and if requested before the beginning of the session.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience. In the event of not being able to enter later, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. However, some rooms may have limited accessibility.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Some prohibited items include outside food or drink (including alcohol), Illegal drugs/substances, weapons of any kind (including mace, pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, tasers, etc.), unapproved pamphlets or handouts, fire starters and lighters, and pets (other than service animals).
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However the event will contain different exhibits that contain moving lights and special effects.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find a few seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms located throughout the mall, including one just next to the venue. However the venue does not have restrooms.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a coat check available?
This venue has a coat check - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there an age requirement?
No, families and children are always welcome. Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids and is stroller accessible. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
What is the O2 Lounge?
Guests can purchase the add on to enter the O2 Lounge to relax and breathe in oxygen enriched air, enhanced with a selection of specialty aromas.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 50 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside, but an unattended area is available for them. We suggest you carry your baby in the arms, baby carriers or slings.
Is there a dress code?
No specific dress code, but consider wearing comfortable clothing. Note: Some rooms have mirrored floors.
