About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
Dopamine Land is an indoor interactive sensory museum that combines media, technology and play into one place. It is a gallery made up of individual rooms that are aimed to trigger a gentle release of the happiness hormone ‘dopamine’. At Dopamine Land our guests can take a break from the outside world, bring some color back into their day and capture some joyful moments on camera.
Where is the experience located?
The venue will be on the 2nd floor of WEAVE @ Resorts World Sentosa, beside Chatterbox Cafe. It’s at a shopping mall with indoor parking available.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 50 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You can find small snack items for purchase inside Dopamine Land. As we are located near the mall’s food court, a wide variety of other food and drinks are easily accessible before or after the experience. For party packages, we can also organize food options depending on the package details.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes, the experience includes virtual reality elements.
Is there a dress code?
Please bear in mind that socks need to be worn during the experience, you can bring them or purchase them onsite. Also consider wearing comfortable clothing. Note: Some rooms have mirrored floors.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
No, there are no performers in the experience. However, parts of the experience may involve light interaction with the staff. However, this will be non-intrusive.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, a selection of merchandise will be available for purchase onsite. Availability may vary by date.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the

. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please

No need for a paper printed ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from

. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please

. About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience. In the event of not being able to enter later, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the exhibit is wheelchair accessible; however, due to the nature of the experience, some rooms may have limited accessibility.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Some prohibited items include outside food or drink (including alcohol), Illegal drugs/substances, weapons of any kind (including mace, pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, tasers, etc.), unapproved pamphlets or handouts, fire starters and lighters, and pets (other than service animals).
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/caregiver. If you need a ticket for your companion, please

with a document certifying the need for assistance. Once we receive the document, we will provide a voucher code that can be used to purchase the free ticket for your companion/caregiver. Please note that you will need to show the documents along with the tickets to access the venue. Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However the event will contain different exhibits that contain moving lights and special effects.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find a few seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms available on site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a bag check available?
This venue has a bag check and lockers - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there an age requirement?
No, families and children are always welcome. Dopamine Land is a great day out with the kids and is stroller accessible. Anyone under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
